AROMA AND PALATE:
A long summer brought each block to its ideal ripeness. Our grapes were hand-harvested 
between August 20 and September 12 before most of the juice aged six months 
in French oak barrels. The remainder was tank fermented to bring another level of 
brightness to the blend.
